According to the article 157 of RK Tax Code and art.27 0f Law "about private entrepreneurship" partners must register as individual entrepreneurs in order to get the reward in the amount of 800 000 and 3 000 000 tenge. When the reward is paid, INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS should make tax liabilities themselves (company will not deduct 10%).
from the 15th of January, payments of 800 000 and 3 000 000 tenge will be made only for those partners, who was registered as INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS (IE).
Partners need to provide certificate of IE registration. ATTENTION! IE is necessary only for RK citizens!
